We have a clean room dedicated to the PTFE  coating process of medical devices and disposables as well as biotech instrumentation. Our specially designed PTFE coating will not cause problems with the biocompatibility of the coated device. We test our paint components using procedures similar to those used to qualify end-use devices. Biomedical hardware must be PTFE coated in clean room that are free of potentially damaging particles and contaminates.
