We have a clean room dedicated to the Teflon®  coating process of medical devices and disposables as well as biotech instrumentation. Our specially designed Teflon® coating will not cause problems with the biocompatibility of the coated device. We test our paint components using procedures similar to those used to qualify end-use devices. Biomedical hardware must be Teflon® coated in clean room that are free of potentially damaging particles and contaminates.
